A candidate for admission into the 4 year Bachelor program must have the minimum following
qualifications:
- Science background both in SSC and HSC
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in HSC and SSC each individually
- Minimum grade C in 2 major subjects in ‘A’ Level and 5 subjects of ‘O’ Level or High School Diploma in US
- Qualifying marks in admission test (written and oral)
- The gap between passing HSC or ‘A’ Level and applying for admission cannot be more than three (3) years.
The rules and conditions for admission into this department shall be construed by the Academic Council on the recommendation of the Admission Committee each year.

A candidate for admission into the 4-year BS Honors program in Microbiology, must possess the following qualifications:
- Biology, chemistry and physics in both SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in both HSC and SSC individually
- Minimum 5 subjects in O-level and 2 subjects in A-level with minimum grade of B in four subjects and minimum grade of C in 3 subjects
- The educational qualification and selection of the candidates for admission in the department shall be decided as per the university admission rules and regulations
- The gap between passing HSC or ‘A’ Level and applying for admission cannot be more than three (3) years
- For any other matters including not covered in these general rules and guideline, the existing rules and guidelines of the faculty and Notre Dame University Bangladesh will be applicable.

Graduate Admission
Requirements
A candidate for admission into the 2-year MBA (Regular) program must have the minimum of following qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of schooling prior to MBA
- Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4 (2nd Division/Class) in Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in HSC and SSC each
- Minimum grade C in 2 major subjects in ‘A’ Level, and 5 subjects in ‘O’ Level, or High School Diploma of the USA standard
- Qualifying marks in NDUB admission tests (written and oral)
The rules and conditions for admission into this department shall be construed by the Academic Council on the recommendation of the Admission Committee each year.
A candidate for admission into the 2-year EMBA (Regular) program must have the minimum of following qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of schooling and at least 3-year proffessional/executive/corporate experience prior to EMBA
- Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4 (2nd Division/Class) in Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in HSC and SSC each
- Minimum grade C in 2 major subjects in ‘A’ Level, and 5 subjects in ‘O’ Level, or High School Diploma of the USA standard
- Qualifying marks in NDUB admission tests (written and oral)

Offline Application Process
A complete application will contain the following:
- Filling up the application form signed by the applicant himself/herself
- Six-passport size and two stamp size photographs with names
- Original copy of all certificates and transcripts (mark sheets); original copy will be returned
- Attested photocopies of all certificates and transcripts (mark sheets)
- One set of appointment letter(s) and experience certificate(s), if any (attested)
- Application fee: Tk. 1,000/= (one thousand only: non-refundable) – payable at the NDUB office.
