NDUB has arranged for Covid-19 vaccination through the Health Sector of Bangladesh. A special team will come to NDUB most probably on 16 October 2021 or any other day of next week to vaccinate our students, faculty and staff. If you have not been vaccinated yet, you may fill up this form immediately. If you have got a dose already, take the second one from the same place. Even if you have registered through Surokkha, you may still fill up this form. After your vaccination at NDUB, your other registration will be cancelled.
