With the motto “Learn English, Be Global”, NDUB English Club officially started its journey on February 6, 2016, Ms. Habiba Akter being the moderator. It is the first club in NDUB to cross 100 members in a very short span of time and is the club now with the highest number of members. From the very first, the club has been actively working. Mr. Ahmed Tahsin Shams later joined as the co-moderator and has been working since then to develop the club utmost. Under his and Habiba Akter’s supervision and tremendous hard work, the club finally organized the Orientation Ceremony on November 26, 2016, chief guest being Fr. Benjamin Costa, CSC, the honorable acting vice-chancellor of NDUB. The club

members participated in the ceremony and pulled it off beautifully.

With a view to improving the communicative skills of the members, the think tanks of the club decided to arrange friendly and interactive sessions so that the youngsters could converse in English and enhance their language skills.
