Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) organized a faculty development workshop on Tuesday (February 3, 2026) to help participants gain practical skills in outcome-based education (OBE).
The workshop, titled “Designing for Impact: A Faculty Workshop on Outcome-Based Education,” was arranged by the university’s Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). Newly appointed teachers and IQAC members took part in the training.
The program began with a welcome speech and objective sharing by Dr. Br. Subal Lawrence Rozario, CSC, Registrar of NDUB.
Sessions included course outline and file preparation, use of Bloom’s Taxonomy in CLOs, question setting, OBE Excel sheet preparation, and interactive discussions. The sessions were conducted by Aziza Akhter, Director of IQAC, Mahmuda Yasmin Shaila, Additional Director, and Abul Hasnat Mohammad Saiful Islam, Professor and Chairman of CSE department.
