Stanly Pius Rozario, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, has assumed office as the new Treasurer of Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB).
The university authorities, led by Dr. Fr. Charles B. Gordon, CSC, Vice Chancellor (Acting), formally handed over the responsibilities of the Treasurer to him on Sunday (September 27, 2026).
Earlier, on September 23, a gazette notification was issued, with the approval of the Chancellor, appointing him as Treasurer in accordance with Section 33(1) of the Private Universities Act, 2010.
Stanly Rozario was born in Dhaka where he received his early education. He completed his Secondary education from BAF Shaheen School & College, Kurmitola, in 1992, followed by his Higher Secondary education from Notre Dame College, Dhaka, in 1994.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka in 1997 and subsequently completed his Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Mathematics from the same institution in 1998. Furthermore, he earned his Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Mathematics from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2007.
Stanly Rozario is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NDUB. Prior to joining NDUB, he served as a faculty member at Notre Dame College, Dhaka, from 2001 to 2015.
