Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) organized a research fair titled ‘Research Fair 2024’ on 7 March 2024 on its premises. Students from all departments displayed the research process specific to their subject area. The fair was organized to inform how a research project is carried out. It was a learning opportunity for those who want to get involved in research work in the future. The fair was inaugurated by Fr. Patrick Gaffney, Vice-Chancellor, NDUB. The Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Fr. Charles D. Gordon; the Treasurer, Fr. Adam S. Pereira; department heads, faculty members, students, and respected members from the administrative body visited the fair.

In his enlightening speech, the Vice-Chancellor said that a fair like this encourages students to take small steps in research, which leads to bigger projects in the future. Hence, he appreciated the organizers for taking this initiative. The Pro-VC expressed his joy for witnessing the occasion and said that the foundational knowledge that students have received at this fair will help them become researchers whose contribution to society will make NDUB very proud someday. The program ended by giving certificates to the participants and organizers.
