Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) always appreciates the extracurricular activities of the students.

As part of these esteemed activities, NDUB Drama and Film Club organized a successful workshop on “Basics of Performance Art” having around 35 participants on June 4, 2022.

The workshop session was carried out by Ashfaqur Rahman, Founder and President of Nattyabindu, and also a member of Director Guild, Bangladesh.

The program was completed in two sessions including practical and theoretical sessions. Participants performed mimicry and later on stage drama divided into groups. They also did silent stage dramas.

Ashfaqur pointed out the mistakes of the participants and during the theoretical chapter, he discussed the basics of performance art.

According to NDUB Drama and Film Club, the forum is very much pleased to realize that its members are not only interested in participating in such events but also can be better performers if they could get professional training.
