After the Covid-19 pandemic, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) arranged and went to Rajendra Eco Resort Limited on 22nd of February 2023. The convenor of this event was Lecturer Humayara Binte Rashid and this initiative become successful with the support from all the faculty members and students of the department. To make this event more colorful and memorable, Professor Dr. Shaheena Sultana arranged a special T-shirt.

The buses departed from the campus at 7:00 am and by 10:30 am reached the venue. On reaching, everyone was welcomed by a delicious breakfast provided by the resort. After breakfast, students were excited to roam around the resort. Some of the students were busy playing football and cricket and some were busy jumping in the pool.

After a tiring and fun-packed morning, all the participants headed for their lunch at 2.00 pm.  The cultural program added more fun to the picnic that started at 4.00 pm. The Chief Guest of the cultural program was honorable Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Fr. Patrick Daniel Gaffney, C.S.C.,  and the special guest was Pro Vice-Chancellor Fr. Charles Gorden C.S.C. The guests were welcomed by flowers and gifts from the Dean Professor Dr. Aloke Kumar Chakraborty and the Department head of CSE, AHM Saiful Islam. Following by time, the cultural event became full of fun with song, dance, and stand-up comedy from the students.

Some photos were taken with all of the students and faculty members to store these memorable moments. At last, the picnic came to an end at about 5.00 pm with a lot of joy and pleasure and students reached the campus compound at 9.45 pm.
