Ahmad Abdullah Mahdeen is a Lecturer and Researcher in Microbiology at Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) since July 2025. He holds a B.Sc. and MS in Microbiology from Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), achieving 1st Class 1st in his MS.

He is an interdisciplinary researcher with expertise in immunology, oncology, bioinformatics, genomics, virology, stem cell biology, molecular biology, and astrobiology, with strong experience in both wet lab and computational research. His work includes vaccine, drug, gene therapy, and CAR-T cell design, cancer biomarker analysis, and microbial identification and susceptibility testing involving bacteria, plant extracts, heavy metals, and nanoparticles.
