Dr. Sr. Henrieta J. Gomes, SMRA, is an academician and Lecturer in the Department of English at Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB). She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management and Administration from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Her research focuses on educational management, career development, counseling, and psychology. She is also a Student Counsellor at NDUB.

Dr. Henrieta has authored the book “Career Self-Efficacy and Leadership Practices of Female Adolescents in Bangladesh” (2015) and published several impactful articles. Her work reflects her commitment to knowledge dissemination and the holistic growth of individuals.
