Ms. Ghosh is a co-author of the internationally published training handbook

“Responsible AI Engineering: Building Trustworthy Systems”,

jointly authored with Professor Alamgir Hossain, a globally recognized AI academic and industry leader. The book provides a structured, practitioner-oriented framework for designing ethical, transparent, accountable, and human-centered AI systems, and is positioned as a reference text for AI engineers, researchers, and policy-aligned institutions.

Her research contributions include a substantial number of peer-reviewed journal publications in areas such as EEG-based medical diagnostics, generative AI models, federated deep learning, neuro-assistive technologies, IoT, edge computing, and cloud security. She also serves as an International Reviewer for IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier, supporting global research governance and quality assurance.

Prior to joining NDUB, She served at UK-based AI Innovation Research Firm Digital Readiness & Intelligence Ltd. as a Deputy Director. She held academic appointments at several reputed institutions both in public & private universities, including Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Primeasia University, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), Daffodil International University, and many others. She has also undertaken leadership responsibilities such as Research Head reflecting strong capabilities in academic planning, research management, and curriculum development. She also served in the Liberation War Museum as Education Coordinator.

Her teaching approach is grounded in Outcome-Based Education (OBE), research-integrated instruction, and industry relevance. She regularly teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Signal Processing, Robotics, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
