Tanzia Rahman

Tanzia Rahman is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Notre Dame University Bangladesh, where she has been a faculty member since 2017. Before this, she held academic positions at Uttara University and Prime University.

She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Human Resource Management in 2012 and her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies in 2011, both from the University of Dhaka.

Her research interests center on Human Resource Management, Green HRM, organizational behavior, employee well-being, and career development. She has published several articles in recognized national and international journals, including studies on Factors Influencing Entrepreneurship, job satisfaction, brain drain, Green HRM, and human resource practices in the banking sector. Beyond her teaching and research activities, she has actively participated in various professional training programs, certificate courses, and academic workshops on topics such as outcome-based education, curriculum development, and research methodology. She also serves as the moderator of the Business Club at Notre Dame University Bangladesh and has been involved in organizing seminars, workshops, competitions, and career development activities for students.
