Nandita Mallik was born in Chandpur in 1990. She completed her SSC and HSC with GPA 4.75 from Brahmondi Madhyamik Girls’ High School and Narsingdi Govt College respectively. She holds a 1st Class in Accounting and Finance from West Bengal State University, India and a 1st Class in Accounting from the University of Calcutta, India. Along with academic excellence, she has been involved in extracurricular activities and won awards during her student life. She has previously worked as a lecturer at the University of Information Technology and Science (UITS) and as an Assistant Professor at IBAIS University, Uttara. She completed her Ph.D. in 2022 under the ICCR scholarship scheme in India. She joined Notre Dame University Bangladesh in January 2023.
