Jarina Henrieta Gomes earned her Ph.D. in Educational Management and Administration from the Philippines. Previously, she worked in the teaching profession at St. Anthony’s Girls High School in Gazipur, St. George High School in Mymensingh, Bottomley Home Girls’ High School, and Dharenda High School in Savar. She also worked in a secretarial job and as a Youth Counselor at CBCB Youth Commission, and she worked at Caritas Dhaka, Bangladesh, with responsibilities that included the formation of youth and teacher training programs. After that, she served at Caritas Development Institute as a Senior Research Fellow from December 2013 to May 2016. From January 2017 until May 31, 2018, she worked at St. Mary’s School & College in Toomiliah, Gazipur, as a Student Counselor. From June 1, 2018, to April 30, 2022, she worked as a Vice-Principal and lecturer at St. Mary’s School & College. In addition, from September 2018 to the present, she has been involved at NDUB as a Student Counselor. At the same time, from September 2020 until December 2022, she served as an Adjunct Lecturer at NDUB. Since January 2023, she has been working as a lecturer at NDUB.
