Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) organized an online training session on Turnitin, a plagiarism and similarity-checking tool, on Tuesday (September 15, 2026) to gain a better understanding of its practical use in academic activities.
The one-hour training session was conducted by Ashita Khandelwal, Turnitin Consultant for South Asia, via Zoom platform from Delhi, India. The program focused on familiarizing participants with the role of Turnitin in maintaining academic integrity and its usage in academic purposes.
A total of 20 participants, including Dr. Fr. Charles B. Gordon, CSC, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Bro. Subal Lawrence Rozario, CSC, Registrar, Fr. Placid Proshanto Rozario, CSC, Proctor, Fr. Ashim Theotonius Gonsalves, CSC, Deputy Registrar, Fr. Badhon Hilarious Rozario, CSC, Deputy Exam Controller, Fr. Babu Sarker, CSC, Deputy Director of Language Center, and Fr. Swapan Das, CSC, Assistant Registrar, along with other administrative officials, took part in the training session.
